1.2. The GTC apply to all orders and sales made through the website. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we explicitly agree to their validity in writing.

2.1. The presentation of the Products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

 

2.2. By submitting an order through the website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Products. We will promptly confirm the receipt of your order, but reserve the right not to consider this confirmation as acceptance of your offer.

 

2.3. The contract is only concluded when we accept your order by dispatching the Products or by sending an explicit order confirmation.

 

 

3. Prices and Payment

3.2. Payment is made via Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Instant bank transfer. The purchase price is due immediately.

 

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

 

4.1. Delivery is available worldwide to the delivery address provided by the customer.

4.2. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the goods will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of order. The delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery destination.

6.1. We warrant that the Products are free from defects at the time of dispatch. Please inspect the Products immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours.
